Guarantee operational continuity for an electrical auto-parts company with a heterogeneous infrastructure: workstations, physical and virtual servers, communication networks and critical services.
Solution Implemented
We implemented a comprehensive support model with on-site and remote coverage: server administration, network management, automated backup systems, information security and proactive monitoring.
